FORMATION

With more than 60 years of experience in the field, the LAM-É St-Pierre Group is committed to training its employees from year to year, to enable them to increase their knowledge, to evolve within the group and to become experts in the exercise of their function. Each year, more than 100 hours are allocated to each employee free of charge on working hours.
